Overall clean and luxurious place and the breakfast was complimentary and extensive. The room we booked was good sized and brand-new, with most comfortable bed. Its location was central, close to a prominent public square. The service was excellent and the pool was heated. Could leave our car nearby. Our stay was thoroughly enjoyable, recommend this hotel to friends.

Simply stunning property, has extremely helpful and top-class staff who's customer service was exceptional. Well-equipped room with excellent shower as expected. Outstanding food for complimentary and fresh made breakfast with enough selections to keep a vegetarian happy. Comfortable location in the centre of Palma, and 15 minute walk from a Gothic Roman Catholic cathedral. Based adjacent to shops, restaurants, historical churches and placas and taxis, restaurant reservations and a last minute walking tour.

The room we had was great-sized and brand-new with air con, lovely bathroom plus a huge four posted bed. The location was amazing and stunning, a 10-15 minute walk from a Gothic Roman Catholic cathedral.
The bed was a bit hard in this place.

The single room was well maintained and unique. The location offered was stunning just next door to the main reception / restaurant which is clad in stonework, a beach near by called Illetes per one of the receptionist recommendations and major historic sites and shopping streets.
